As a Fountain Worker for Quick Service Restaurants at Bellagio, you will create a welcoming and efficient guest experience within a fast?paced caf and quick service environment, supporting outlets such as Palio, Gelato, Snacks, and Starbucks. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages and light food items while maintaining a clean, organized, and well?stocked workspace that meets Bellagio's high standards. With a friendly, guest?focused approach, you will engage with guests, understand their preferences, and deliver prompt, personalized service that enhances their visit. By combining attention to detail, teamwork, and a sense of urgency, you will help create enjoyable, convenient dining moments and memorable WOW experiences throughout the property.

The starting rate: $16.711 hourly + tips

The day-to-day:

• Take and place order, and serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable
• Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures
• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests
• Pack and complete order as per guests' preference with any necessary condiments
• Properly label and date products per safety and sanitation procedures
• Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment
• Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders to designated storage maintaining organization, stock and replenish products as needed in workstation, counters, tables, etc.
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft

The ideal candidate:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
• One year of experience as a Food Handler in a similar, high-volume, fast paced restaurant preferred
• One year of guest service experience preferred
