Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Employer: Comprehensive Healthcare, LLC Reports To: Dr. Diane London Schedule: 40 hours per week (Flexible) Job Summary Provide direct patient care of physical diagnosis and therapeutic management independently, using physician consultation where appropriate. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients ages 16+. Conduct patient assessments, examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning. Collaborate with supervising physician to manage chronic and acute conditions. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Participate in care coordination, follow-up, and patient outreach as needed. Deliver patient education and support focused on long‑term health and wellness. Collaborate with a dedicated clinical team to ensure high‑quality, compassionate care. Set and meet individualized patient orientation and educational priorities. Required Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing. Valid nursing license and required Basic Life Support certificate. 1-3 years related work experience. Prescriptive authority from the MA DPH-DCP and Federal DEA. MA Board authorization to practice as an APRN (NRSG). Experience with computer systems, including web‑based applications and Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with patients ages 16 and older. Background in geriatric care such as PCA, MA, LPN, RN, etc. Experience in internal medicine or family practice settings. Strong interest in a personalized, relationship‑based care model. Related primary care practice expertise. Competencies Written communications – ability to summarize and communicate in English moderately complex info. Oral communications – ability to comprehend and relay complex verbal info in English. Knowledge – demonstrate in-depth knowledge of concepts, practices, and policies. Teamwork – ability to lead collaborative teams for larger projects. Customer service – ability to provide high level of service and staff training. Age‑based competencies: competence to provide care to neonatal, youth, young adult, middle age, and elderly groups. Physical Nature Of The Job Medium physical effort: Exerting up to 50 lbs occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently; requires standing and moving throughout the shift.
