This position is part of the Intensive Services Program offering life skills education and intensive behavioral supports to students with significant intellectual, behavioral, social-emotional, and adaptive needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct instruction, specialized educational programming, and behavioral interventions tailored to individual student needs.
• Foster a structured, self-contained learning environment for one to two students per classroom, supported by at least two trained adults.
• Serve as the classroom’s instructional and behavioral leader, supervising staff and collaborating with multidisciplinary team members and families.
• Coordinate all aspects of programming and positive behavior supports to promote student learning and well-being.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current, valid Special Education Teacher licensure.
• Demonstrated experience in life skills education, severe/profound disabilities, or intensive behavior settings.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and with families.
