Human Resources Coordinator

Join a facility-based HR team providing day-to-day support across hiring, onboarding, and employee issue resolution. Responsibilities Monitor applicant flow daily in the applicant tracking system and coordinate with the recruiter assigned to open positions Update applicants daily within the applicant tracking system Support Department Managers and the Administrator with employee retention planning Coordinate employment processing for new hires, including: I-9 completion Tax form processing License and certification verification Reference checks Background check coordination Fingerprinting scheduling Physical and drug screen scheduling Schedule and assist with new hire orientation Ensure the Employee Problem Resolution Process is followed and report outcomes Complete injury reports Manage benefit enrollment and complete required follow-ups Maintain up-to-date employment document files Requirements Minimum education: Associates Degree (or Bachelor in HR / BSA with concentration in Human Resources) Meet one of the experience/education paths: Associates Degree plus 5+ years in an HR Coordinator or Manager capacity, or Bachelor in HR or BSA with concentration in Human Resources At least 3 years of HR experience; preference for experience in the long term care setting Technology Applicant tracking system Benefits Competitive pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K with matching funds Life Insurance Employee discounts Tuition Reimbursement Student Loan Reimbursement Location: Wayland, MI (onsite) #J-18808-Ljbffr Ciena Healthcare
