Lead Maintenance Associate - 1st shift

Benefits Weekly pay with skill pay and shift differentials Benefits package including medical, dental, vision and medical reimbursement Medical employee-only premium less than $10/week with wellness discounts HSA with annual employer contribution Weekly 401(k) match Vacation immediately upon hire 8 holidays per calendar year Personal time after 90 days EAP and identity theft protection Tuition reimbursement Company paid life insurance and short term disability Pay Information Base Pay: $28.50/hr Lead Differential: $1.50/hr Second Shift Differential: $1.50/hr Shift: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm Job Summary This position will be responsible for but is not limited to machine installation, control wiring installations and troubleshooting to the component level, PLC understanding and troubleshooting skills, anchoring equipment, running conduit, pulling wire, termination of conductors, maintenance and rebuilding of equipment, and other routine maintenance duties. Education & Experience High school diploma required. 5 years’ experience in building and equipment maintenance with an emphasis on electrical installation and troubleshooting. Experience maintaining and troubleshooting automated conveyor equipment preferred. 1 year of lead experience. Certifications in basic electrical, mechanical, motor control relay logic, and schematic reading preferred. Experience operating boom and scissor lifts required. Skills & Abilities MUST be able to use basic electrical test instruments including VOM, multimeter, clamp on ammeter, and other basic test instruments. Mechanical skills related to installation, maintenance, and repair of various campus electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Must be able to lift 50lbs routinely throughout the work shift.
