Clinical Application Specialist - Anesthesia & Respiratory Care

Clinical Applications Specialist role focused on delivering education and training for anesthesia and respiratory monitoring products to healthcare end-users. Responsible for pre- and post-sale clinical support, product training delivery, and customer relationship management across the US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product, clinical, and software expertise within monitoring solutions
• Deliver pre-sale clinical evaluations and educational sessions to prospective customers
• Conduct on-site and remote clinical training aligned with sales agreements and customer needs
• Coordinate training delivery with sales, project management, and service teams for optimal outcomes
• Support post-installation training, product updates, and maintain customer relationships

Requirements

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist license with 3-5 years ICU experience
• Ability to travel extensively (100+%, 4-5 days/week) within US and Canada
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• Proficiency with Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and web-based tools
• Capability to learn specialized industry software and deliver digital training
• Willingness to undergo background investigation, drug screening, and credentialing requirements
• Current MMR, hepatitis immunization, and COVID-19 vaccination compliance

Compensation: $108,000-$162,000 annual
