Staff Backend Engineer, AI-Native Platform
LIGHTFIELD INC
Lightfield is hiring a Software Engineer, Backend, to own foundational product capabilities for an AI-native CRM. You will design data models, APIs, and migrations, delivering fast, reliable, and observable backend services. This role supports work from San Francisco or Cambridge, collaborating with senior engineers and product teams to scale the platform.
