Maintenance Technician

Location: Lincolnton, NC Shift: 3rd Shift (Mon–Fri, 11PM–7AM Pay: $28 an hour based off experience. We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support overnight operations and keep production running smoothly. Ideal candidates bring a strong troubleshooting mindset and confidence working across electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems. Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical, and PLC troubleshooting to minimize downtime
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Complete and track work orders using CMMS systems
• Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement efforts

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience with electrical maintenance and mechanical repair
• Strong PLC troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms
• Reliability, teamwork, and readiness for consistent night-shift work
