Roofing Service Foreman and Roofing Service Foreman ( Commercial Roofs )

CentiMark Corporation , a National leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Roofing Service Foreman and Roofing Service Laborers .

Roofing Service Foreman:
Job Summary:

Ability to diagnose roof leaks
Make appropriate repairs on all types of roofs
Small repair jobs and roof maintenance
Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, Cell Phone, Laptop

Candidate Qualifications:

Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & metal roof repairs
Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
Authorized to work in the United States
Valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required
Must pass pre-employment drug test
Roofing Service Helper experience preferred, but not required

Roofing Service Laborers:
Job Summary:

Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Able to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 Feet
Able to work within a team environment
At least 18 years of age or older
Authorized to work in the United States
Have reliable transportation
Must pass a pre-employment drug test
Roofing knowledge is preferred, but not required
