Registered Nurse - Full-Time

Role Overview As a registered nurse, you will assess residents' health, educational, and environmental needs upon admission and continuously monitor their condition. You will develop, review, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, residents, and families, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely. Your responsibilities include implementing nursing interventions such as medication administration, treatments, and IV therapy, while maintaining safety and compliance. Effective communication with physicians using SBARR, monitoring residents' responses, and addressing any changes or crises professionally are essential. You will support residents with activities of daily living, answer call lights, and participate in ongoing education to stay current with best practices. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Qualifications & Skills Registered nurse license from an accredited program and current state licensure. CPR/AED certification (or willing to obtain within six months). Critical thinking, excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and transfer residents safely.
