Compensation: $600,000.00

We are an established healthcare organization in Central Illinois looking for a full-time Radiation Oncologist to become part of our expanding oncology program. This position provides a dynamic clinical setting, cutting-edge technology, and the chance to significantly influence the development of our cancer service line.

Opportunity Highlights

• Competitive base salary of $600,000
• Sign-on bonus between $50,000 and $75,000
• Work schedule from Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• 1:3 call rotation with minimal call volume
• Chance to contribute to the growth of a developing oncology program

Practice Highlights

• Hospital-based radiation oncology practice with a solid referral network
• Daily responsibilities include 2–3 consults, follow-ups, and treatment planning
• Utilization of advanced technology such as TrueBeam and Edge linear accelerators
• Onsite CT simulation and HDR therapy capabilities
• Participation in weekly tumor boards and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Access to a strong oncology network with subspecialty support and clinical trials
• Flexible workflow allowing customization of the schedule to fit physician preferences
