HVAC - Service Technician

HVAC Service Technicians are paid hourly plus commission. Uncapped Pay Potential Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision Insurance Disability and Term Life Insurance Matching 401(k) On-going training & development and growth opportunities Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) What you will do: Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customer Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills Prioritize customer service and satisfaction Attend periodic company or manufacturer training Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures Consistently work with and handle at least 50lbs Who you are: 1-5 Years HVAC installation experience preferred HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record Ability to handle heavy equipment EPA Type II (Preferred) Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Salary: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate: McComb, MS: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Who we are: We are a family-owned and operated company with a small business feel but large business size, growth, and stability.
