The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive rehabilitation services, develop individualised treatment plans, and help patients improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life. Schedule: Shift Timings: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Shift: Days Scheduled Hours: 40 hours/week Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Compensation Breakdown: Blended Pay Rate: $57/hr Weekly Gross Pay: $2,280 Taxable W2 Rate: $25.85/hr Non-Taxable Stipend Rate: $31.15/hr Weekly Taxable Amount: $1,034 Weekly Stipend: $1,246 Overtime: Available after 40 hours Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide physical therapy interventions based on patient needs and goals. Monitor and document patient progress throughout treatment. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and home programs. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Ensure therapy services are delivered safely and professionally. Qualifications: Current Physical Therapist license eligible to practice in West Virginia. Relevant PT education and clinical experience. Strong communication and patient-care skills.
