Embark on an impactful opportunity supporting elementary students as a Registered Behavior Technician in a school-based autism program. This full-time contract position runs from now through February 2027 and requires working at two local elementary schools with a dedicated team of professionals. Your expertise will help foster the growth and development of young learners.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Current Delaware PARA Permit
• School-based experience, especially working with elementary-aged students
• Skilled in physical intervention strategies when necessary for student safety
• Experience collecting behavioral and instructional data in classroom settings
• Ability to assist with bathroom duties, including toileting, diapering, and hygiene
• Team-oriented approach, flexibility with classroom assignments as needed
• Commitment to full-time hours: 8:45 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday onsite
• Dependable transportation and punctual attendance every day

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to children in the autism program, promoting positive behavior and learning
• Implement and document behavioral plans in partnership with teachers and specialists
• Collect, maintain, and report accurate data on student behaviors and interventions
• Step into various assignments within the school as required
• Support students with personal hygiene and toileting, adhering to all required protocols
• Participate in a brief virtual interview and onboarding process
