Who You Are: We are currently searching for a Facilities Maintenance Technician based out of the Cincinnati, OH area, reporting to our Insourcing Program Supervisor, to deliver high-quality commercial repair and maintenance services on behalf of one of ARM's national retail clients. This is a full-time, field-based role working primarily first shift, Monday–Friday with optional weekend assignments. This role comes with a company fleet vehicle and travel focused primarily within the Cincinnati territory. This is a perfect opportunity for a skilled, self-directed tradesperson who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, works confidently with minimal supervision, and enjoys being the face of a company that clients count on. In this role, you will be able to jump in and make an immediate impact. Specifically, you will: Drive directly to assigned client sites primarily within the Cincinnati market to complete service work orders accurately, efficiently, and to ARM's quality standards, serving as ARM's on-site representative Perform a broad range of commercial maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades — including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, masonry, welding, painting, and flooring — completing all assigned work in a cost-conscious, high-quality, and timely manner with minimal direct supervision Complete all required work order procedures accurately using ARM's industry-specific software, mobile applications, and digital tools Maintain clear, professional, and proactive communication regarding the status of all assigned work orders, open issues, delays, or material needs encountered on site Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications as required to complete repair and installation work accurately and in compliance with applicable building codes and ARM quality standards Interact with store employees and managers in a professional, cooperative, and customer-service-oriented manner, representing ARM's values on every job site. Treat each store visit as an opportunity to strengthen the client relationship through identifying genuine issues the customer may not be aware of and convert each finding into a new work order. Adhere to all ARM safety policies, PPE, OSHA standards, and client-specific procedures Arrive at each job fully equipped with your own basic set of hand and power tools; ARM provides your uniform and covers all specialized tools and materials required to complete the work Meet or exceed established work order completion rates, quality benchmarks, and client satisfaction standards to continuously improve field performance Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent vocational certification required 5+ years of hands-on commercial maintenance experience with demonstrated proficiency across multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and flooring Proficiency with technology including mobile devices, industry-specific work order software, and digital documentation tools Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; must be able to safely operate a company-provided fleet vehicle and maintain a clean record throughout employment Ownership of a basic set of required hand and power tools; a recommended tool list will be provided at the time of hire Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, operate appropriate tools capable of producing up to 200 pounds of torque, and perform sustained physical work including bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and working in restricted or elevated spaces Vocational training, trade certification, or apprenticeship in one or more skilled trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or related) preferred Prior experience in a national retail facilities maintenance or multi-site commercial repair environment a plus OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification a plus What You’ll Get: Besides working with a great team in a stable and fast-growing company, you’ll receive a competitive hourly base pay rate between $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, along with, Competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance Optional Life and long-term disability insurance Optional Voluntary AD&D and short-term disability insurance 401(k) Paid time off 6 paid company holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr American Repair Maintenance LLC
