This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world's most dynamic and fastest-growing sector. Principal Consultants (PC) are strategic advisors to Enverus clients who have access to our state-of-the-art solutions. The ultimate focus of the PC is minimizing churn by engaging clients in meaningful ways. This team drives adoption and usage by proactively connecting with key champions within the client's organization to drive value and feedback on key product and technical insights.The Principal Consultant will facilitate Enverus solution integration within the customer's organization to enhance workflows, improve productivity, and create a long-term partnership with the organization. The PC will collaborate with the Account Director and Customer Success Manager to create a successful account strategy with tailored solutions and engagements that align with the customer's vision and organizational goals.Performance ObjectivesLearn and master the Enverus advanced analytics capabilities, including our project tracking and analytics and utility-scale solar design softwareLearn and master the Enverus Power & Renewables solution suiteAssist and co-lead with the sales team in strategic account pursuits - able to independently and comfortably present data, analytics, and the underlying methodologies underpinning our Power & Renewables datasetDefine/create and execute onboarding strategy for various users within multiple accountsAssist in the ongoing training of new and existing Principal Consultants on client engagement best practicesIndependently deepen relationship with clients and expand active user base with PC-initiated and sales-approved strategies and tactics [within one's own account set]Provide consistent, constructive, product feedback into development and product team (fixes, enhancements, etc.) + the "why" on necessity of enhancementCan comfortably and independently provide a product overview to groups of clients, irrespective of personaBring innovative ideas and perspectives on how clients can better recognize the Enverus valuePrimary liaison for the communication of Prism enhancement updates to the clientsProactively identify important client 3rd Party Stories and Key Business Value Drivers, ensuring proper documentation in SalesforceIdentify Champions/StakeholdersAssist in renewals with the account sales teamPlan and execute on-site/virtual learning events and product refresher meetingsBuild Enverus Brand awarenessPromote long-term relationship(s) and full company engagementConsistent and proactive client contact – workbook suggestions, proposing training engagements, probing for deeper workflow understandingSupporting teammates by sharing knowledge and expertiseCompetitive Candidate ProfileUnderstand the power & energy transition spaceAbility to learn quickly and pivot to explain that knowledge to clientsWorks independently with general supervisionAbility to suggest and plan a change in account strategy based on nuances of a client accountAbility to use internal reports to check progress within an accountAbility to effectively liaise with clients to set up meetings and facilitate training sessionsBackground in solar, wind, and/or battery storage design or engineering background is a plusExperience with Enverus product suite (Prism, Rated Power, Interconnect) is a plusExperience in Customer Success is a plusBenefitsEnverus offers comprehensive benefits to our employees to include:MedicalDentalVisionIncome Protection (disability, life/AD&D, critical illness, accident)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Healthcare Spending Account (HSA), CommuterLifestyle & Wellbeing ProgramPet InsuranceThis role is eligible for: Variable CompensationJ-18808-Ljbffr
