Qualifications:

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience in the credit union or banking sector. Professional designations such as CCUE, CPA, or CMA are considered an asset.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational leadership skills, supported by a high level of integrity and a deep understanding of the financial services industry. A commitment to delivering outstanding member service is essential.

Rocky Mountain Credit Unionis seeks an innovative and strategic President/Chief Executive Officer to lead overall operations and ensure the organization’s ongoing financial strength and stability. Working closely with the Board, the successful candidate will provide strong leadership to the Credit Union by developing and executing short- and long-term strategies, plans, and policies that prioritize the best interests of its members.
