Part-Time Clubhouse Associate, Chicago

Clubhouse Associate

The Clubhouse Associate will be responsible for all administrative duties at our Chicago Clubhouse, including greeting guests, managing office supply inventory, maintaining common spaces, and creating a positive clubhouse experience for Chief members and their guests.

Please note that this is a part-time position structured at 20 hours per week.

What You'll Do:

• Greet and check in all Clubhouse visitors, acting as the go-to for any requests and questions
• Own Salesforce emails concerning Clubhouse Operations
• Maintain reservation profiles, RSVP lists, and Clubhouse signage
• Coordinate all Meeting Room booking requirements, including setup needs and catering arrangements
• Manage Clubhouse vendor communication
• Purchasing office supplies
• Build and update local ops notion pages
• Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse, including outside areas
• Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports
• Complete the Clubhouse opening and closing checklist
• Other ad hoc projects as needed
