Car Wash Associate

Job Purpose:The Car Wash Associate at Mr. Clean Car Wash plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience through high-quality service and attention to detail. Associates are trained and certified in various roles, including lot attendant, loader, passenger side attendant, and sales specialist. Depending on business needs, associates may rotate between roles during their shift. All duties are performed following company training, safety standards, and brand expectations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Select roles may qualify for performance-based bonuses.Key Responsibilities:Provide outstanding customer service across all assigned rolesExecute duties in alignment with Mr. Clean Car Wash training and safety proceduresDeliver high-quality results for each guest vehicle with attention to detailGreet guests warmly and assist with service questions or concernsPromote and explain membership programs and services as a Sales SpecalistKeep the self-service vacuum area clean, stocked, and guest-readyMaintain the cleanliness of the lot, lobby, restrooms, and overall site appearanceAssist with vehicle loading and prepping as a Loader or Passenger Side AttendantUphold company standards for safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfactionAdapt to business needs by rotating roles throughout the dayPerform any additional tasks assigned by managementJob Requirements:Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditionsAbility to remain on your feet throughout the entire shiftPhysically able to bend, kneel, squat, reach, and liftPositive attitude and strong communication skillsWillingness to learn and grow within multiple rolesMinimum Qualifications:Must be at least 16 years of ageMust be at least 18 years of age to serve as a Loader or Passenger Side AttendantFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
