Registered Nurse (RN) - Wound Care

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Wound Care to join a healthcare team. Responsibilities include: providing direct patient care, conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered outcomes. Supporting a diverse patient population in a fast-paced environment, managing 20-40 patients daily, and maintaining accurate documentation while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. Communicating effectively with physicians, staff, and families to ensure continuity of care and safety. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, valid California RN license, and current BLS certification. Proven clinical nursing proficiency required.
