Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of all customer interactions in our database. Connect with prospective policyholders to identify their specific coverage needs. Schedule follow-up consultations for our licensed insurance agents. Provide clear and honest answers to initial questions about our services. Participate in team morning meetings to align on goals and share successful strategies. Requirements Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone manner. High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer proficiency, specifically in data entry and browser-based software. Reliable transportation to our Waldorf office.
