Mandatory Experience:

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN licensure required upon submission.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
• BSN preferred.
• Related certification in Wound Care preferred. 
• 6 months of wound care experience required, preference for out pt wound care clinic experience
