Physical Therapist / PT - Split role Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 40 hours per week Setting: Nursing Home, Rehabilitation Center, Skilled Nursing Facility Location: Greenfield Manor - Greenfield, IA & Heritage House - Atlantic, IA Pay Range: Up to $50 per hour (Based on experience and qualifying interview.)
