We're looking for energetic, friendly, dependable people to join our Smash Crew as Guest Experience Team Members.
* Training starts September 2nd. Grand opening September 5th **WHAT YOU'LL DO
Depending on your role and the needs of the business, you may:
- Welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service
- Check guests in and explain their experiences
- Help guests get set up safely
- Supervise smash rooms, splatter paint experiences, and axe throwing
- Help with birthday parties and group events
- Answer guest questions
- Help create a fun and memorable experience
- Keep rooms clean, safe, and ready for the next guests
- Reset rooms between groups
- Restock supplies
- Help with behind-the-scenes operational tasks
- Move and handle items that require lifting
- Assist with facility cleanup and organization
- Work with teammates to keep the operation running smoothly
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies

EXPERIENCE
Customer service, retail, restaurant, hospitality, entertainment, or similar experience is a plus.
But experience isn't everything. If you have a great attitude, show up when you're supposed to, work hard, and know how to treat people, we want to meet you!

Tue-Wed · 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Thu · 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Fri · 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Sat · 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Sun · 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
