Experienced Restaurant Manager

The Experienced Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading daily restaurant operations, supporting the General Manager, and ensuring every shift is executed with urgency, professionalism, and consistent standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced restaurant professional who can lead from the floor, develop team members, hold people accountable, solve problems quickly, and maintain strong execution throughout the restaurant. The right candidate understands how to balance great hospitality with operational discipline while keeping the team focused and the restaurant moving.
What Success Looks Like

A successful Restaurant Manager leads strong shifts, develops strong people, protects the guest experience, and consistently improves restaurant performance. Success in this role requires visible leadership, clear communication, accountability, sound decision-making, and the ability to uphold standards every day.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
• Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations by coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Implement and uphold company standards to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to ensure the restaurant is always well-stocked.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages growth and development.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute strategies for improving restaurant performance.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing restaurant operations, including front-of-house and bar execution.
• Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing team members to meet company standards.
• Ability to deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience and resolve concerns promptly.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards.
• Expertise in overseeing bar execution, beverage standards, and waste control.
• Proficiency in monitoring labor, beverage waste, comps, and ticket times to optimize efficiency.
• Experience in supporting hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and employee development processes.
