Role Description The Timeshare Appointment Setter is responsible for contacting prospective and existing clients to schedule consultations with timeshare specialists and advisors. This full-time, on-site role in Phoenix, AZ involves making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, and accurately updating appointment details in scheduling and CRM systems. The role includes following call scripts and guidelines, explaining basic service offerings, and ensuring appointments are booked efficiently and in alignment with daily and weekly targets. The Timeshare Appointment Setter collaborates closely with sales and customer service teams, helps maintain organized call lists, and provides clear, professional communication to support a positive client experience. Consistent attendance, punctuality, and adherence to compliance and privacy standards are expected in this position.\n
