Minimum qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role. 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1, etc.). Preferred qualifications Master's degree in a technology or business related field. Experience delivering 0 to 1 products on mobile and web. Experience with AI/ML and large language models (e.g., applications, prompt engineering, training and evals, quality, etc.). Ability to lead cross-functional teams to ship products at high velocity and with high scrutiny. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to work with data and metrics. The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $240,000–$334,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Drive the creation of consumer and business experiences, leveraging product instinct, experimentation, and decision making. Own the idea and strategy for integration of AI and agentic capabilities. Define market opportunity, set quarterly goals and OKRs, and operationalize strategy through product roadmap. Lead product definition and drive AI quality for Inbox features (e.g., requirements, training eval and strategy, metrics) in collaboration with cross‑functional partners.
