Buyer Planner Opportunity

Join a growing medical device manufacturing team supporting production planning, purchasing, and supply chain operations for critical healthcare products. This role is ideal for someone with strong planning experience, ERP knowledge, and a background in manufacturing environments.

This organization designs and manufactures advanced electronic components used in mission-critical applications. The team operates in a collaborative manufacturing environment focused on quality, continuous improvement, and operational growth. Employees work closely across production, supply chain, quality, and engineering teams to support customer demand and ongoing expansion.

Job Type: This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.

Buyer Planner Responsibilities

• Manage production planning, purchasing activities, and supplier coordination to support manufacturing schedules
• Release and monitor production orders and associated materials daily
• Support forecasting, demand planning, capacity planning, and SIOP activities
• Maintain ERP/MRP system data including lead times, pricing, BOMs, and planning parameters
• Partner with production, quality, and supply chain teams to improve supplier performance and on-time delivery

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, flexible 10-hour day shift. Onsite position.

Pay: $80,000 - $115,000 annually + bonus eligible

Buyer Planner Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, ideally in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of production planning, buyer/planner, or supply chain experience in manufacturing
• Strong planning and forecasting experience required
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Background in medical device, aerospace, electronics, or other regulated manufacturing environments preferred
