Your Responsibilities

* Identify potential healthcare candidates utilizing our advanced platform along with your own network

* Engage with prospective candidates to introduce MLR's opportunities and assess their interest

* Schedule meetings between candidates and our recruiters for deeper evaluations

* Continue nurturing leads to sustain interest and facilitate their hiring experiences

* Keep precise and updated records within our applicant tracking system

* Generate income based on meetings you set, interviews that happen, and hires that stem from your leads

Compensation
