We’re seeking a Critical Care Nurse Educator to lead unit-based education, support staff development, and promote high-quality, patient-centered care. This role serves as a clinical and educational resource, supporting orientation, competency validation, and ongoing learning for critical care teams. Partners with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to strengthen evidence-based practice, quality outcomes, and patient safety. Provides direct patient care as needed. Requirements Active Georgia RN license Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) Minimum 3 years RN experience At least 3 years Critical Care experience required (Cardiac preferred) Professional certification in a clinical or education specialty Professional organization membership Preferred NPD-BC certification Master’s Degree Previous educator or staff development experience Benefits Be Part of Something Bigger.
