About the Role
The Company is seeking a Department Chair of Health Policy and Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and vision for the department, overseeing academic and research programs, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment. The role involves managing faculty and staff, developing and implementing departmental policies, and ensuring the quality and integrity of the educational and research activities. The Department Chair will also be expected to engage in external partnerships, secure funding, and represent the department in various professional and academic settings. Applicants for the Department Chair position at the company should have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in a relevant field, with a strong background in health policy, management, and related disciplines.
