Journey Center Liaison

Location: Lincoln Center 9-Month; 7.5 hours/day; Monday - Friday $17.61/hour for 90-day probationary period, then $19.57/hour FULLY PAID INSURANCE; PERS RETIREMENT; VACATION/SICK DAYS

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an employee must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High school diploma required. Additional skills and abilities: basic computer functions, interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and behavior management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING. OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED.

• PROVIDES INFORMATION BY: Receiving incoming phone calls from school, parents and the community Notifying parents and schools of student's progress in the Journey Center
• PROVIDES CLERICAL ASSISTANCE BY: Completing forms on students brought to the Journey Center Entering all data into the computer data base Writing reports to schools regarding their students brought to the Journey Center
• PROVIDES SERVICES TO STUDENTS BY: Communicating about their problems and offering resources and alternatives Assisting in supervising all students while at the Center Serving lunches and maintaining the upkeep of the Journey Center Monitoring student work

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Employee supervises students.
