Who You Are You'll perform as a Subcontract Administrator, Senior What You Will Be Doing You'll be responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs. Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams. Holds procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.Leads the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types. AeroSCMBasic QualificationsBachelors degree from an accredited college or universityExperience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Subcontract Management or as a BuyerExperience analyzing bids/proposals and selecting sourcesExperience in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP or equivalent purchasing/ERP system, such as Procure to Pay Desired SkillsNegotiations experience in cost, schedule and Terms & Conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and servicesFamiliar with Commercial Acquisition Procedures (CAP), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), government regulationsExperience working with cross-functional teams and providing clear direction on expectations, deliverables and ensuring completion of those items Experience with multi-tasking and managing competing prioritiesWorks independently and in a collaborative team-based environmentPay InformationGeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
