Responsibilities Assist drivers with loading and unloading pick‑up and delivery operations. Process shipments through the driver app and make 30‑minute pre‑calls to customers. Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and RF scanners. Use power tools to assemble furniture, uncrate medical equipment, and handle other cargo. Operate truck liftgates safely. Provide professional and courteous customer service. Work in a frontline, hands‑on environment supporting daily business operations. Follow established schedules, SOPs, quality standards, and HSE regulations. Qualifications Experience with pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, and other material handling equipment. Hands‑on experience using power tools for assembly and uncrating. Knowledge of truck liftgate operation. Ability to communicate with customers and make timely pre‑calls. Commitment to safety, quality, and HSE standards.
