Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Role: Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures by preparing radiopharmaceuticals, administering them to patients, and operating imaging equipment such as scanners or gamma cameras. Responsibilities: Obtain physician approval, guide patients through procedures, ensure safety protocols, maintain accurate records, and utilize PACS systems. Provide technical support to physicians, researchers, and patients throughout the process. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 1 year of experience, ARRT (N) or NMTCB-CNMT certification, BLS certification, and state licensing if required. Must have strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lean for extended periods. Additional Requirements: Ability to perform procedures under supervision, adhere to safety and radiation disposal procedures, and maintain professionalism.
