Location Greenville, TN Position Title Assistant Store Manager (ASM) Overview As an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) You’ll support customers through real financial needs while gaining hands‑on experience running a store. What You’ll Do – Essential Duties And Responsibilities Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs. Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate and process loan/pawn applications, and handle ancillary products. Conduct daily call campaigns to market services, build business, and nurture client relationships. Oversee account management and recovery, including collection calls, while maintaining customer service focus. Maintain accurate customer information in the POS system. Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives to adhere to quality standards and safety procedures. Perform on‑site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing when required. Leverage partnership opportunities and community events to meet performance standards. Manage office security protocols, opening/closing procedures, vault, and cash drawer. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and legal regulations; conduct audits and compile reports. Maintain store appearance and cleanliness, scheduling maintenance as needed. Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, handling multiple tasks to meet performance standards. Perform additional tasks as directed by leadership. Maintain a full‑time schedule, including weekends, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Qualifications And Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail. At least 3 months of supervisory or key holder experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with phones, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and computer systems. Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama). Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle (mileage compensated). Background check required. Physical ability to stand up to 90% of the time, move up to 25 pounds, and operate mechanical controls. Nice To Haves – Preferred Qualifications And Skills Management experience in retail, convenience store, grocery, finance, or related industries. Experience in check cashing, document verification, and money order processing. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
