What You'll Do As a Rework Laborer, you will be responsible for: Safely handling and stacking bags of BBQ pellets to support production flow. Operating a forklift safely and efficiently to move materials around the facility. Supporting general warehouse and production activities to maintain seamless operations. Assisting with rework and inventory tasks as needed. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred). At least 6 months of experience in production or warehouse settings. Forklift operation experience is required — you must be comfortable operating forklifts safely. The ability to lift and maneuver bags weighing up to 40 lbs repeatedly.
