Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA)
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $125000.00 - $130000.00

A well-established, mission-driven healthcare organization in Texas is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its growing outpatient team in Conroe.

This is an excellent opportunity for an APP seeking a predictable schedule, light patient volume, and true work-life balance in a supportive, community-focused environment.

• $125,000 - $135,000 base salary + $10K-$15K productivity

• Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

• No call responsibilities

• Manageable patient volume (15 patients per day)

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting

• Manage acute and chronic conditions while focusing on preventive care

• Build long-term patient relationships in a continuity-based practice

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality care

What We're Looking For

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• Experience in primary care required (2 years), no new grads

• Comfortable seeing patients of all ages, 35% peds!

• Team-oriented with strong communication skills

• Passion for community-based, patient-centered care

Facility Location
This city is home to Candy Cane Park and also very close to the famous Lake Conroe where it got its name from. Corinna Kirsch, the famous art critic, is from Conroe. During the oil profits in the 1930's, for a short period of time, Conroe boasted having many millionaires living in its city, and in 1955, Elvis Presley performed at a High School football field in Conroe.
