About Us

H&A Farms is a family-owned, multigenerational agricultural business with farming and packing operations throughout Florida and Georgia. We are looking for a dependable and organized Supplies Coordinator to join our blueberry packing house team.

Job Summary

The Supplies Coordinator is responsible for keeping our packing operation supplied with the materials needed to keep production moving efficiently. This position manages and distributes packaging materials such as boxes, clamshells, labels, pallets, and other operational supplies. Responsibilities also include forklift operation for loading and unloading trucks and moving materials throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Track inventory levels of packaging materials, supplies, and consumables.
• Ensure boxes, clamshells, labels, pallets, and other materials are available when needed.
• Keep packing lines properly stocked throughout each shift.
• Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the facility.
• Monitor usage to help prevent shortages and overstock.
• Coordinate supply needs with Production Supervisors and other team members.
• Respond quickly to supply requests from supervisors and technicians.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing incoming materials.
• Track the movement and daily usage of supplies.
• Notify management when materials need to be reordered.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized storage areas.
• Follow company safety procedures and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift operation experience highly preferred.
• Warehouse, inventory, production, or operations experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with team members.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Experience in produce or packing house operations is a plus.
• Experience with inventory tracking systems is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Work Environment

This position works in an active blueberry packing house and storage environment and may involve exposure to cool temperatures. The role requires regular standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials. Extended hours and weekend availability may be required during peak season.

Compensation

$16.00–$21.00 per hour , based on experience.
