Quality Inspector - Manufacturing

Legacy Staffing has partnered with a world-class manufacturer of elastomeric sealing systems, to hire Manufacturing Quality Inspectors. We are hiring for both first and second shift opportunities with a starting pay rate of $17/per hour based on experience and shift worked. This role focuses on performing quality inspections of products and processes, ensuring compliance with specifications, documenting inspection results, and supporting Mantaline's commitment to delivering high-quality products to customers. Key Responsibilities: Perform online inspections of products and secondary processes. Place suspect material on hold and follow quality procedures. Approve finished products by confirming specifications through visual and measurement testing. Document inspection results by entering data into company systems and inspection logs. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following established procedures and regulations. Support quality and organizational objectives through completion of related tasks as assigned. Assist with laboratory and quality-related tasks as needed. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Quality-focused mindset with a commitment to process improvement. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office. Ability to interact professionally with customers on-site and occasionally in the field. Preferred Skills & Competencies: Minimum of 1 year of quality inspection experience preferred. Documentation and recordkeeping skills. Commitment to continuous improvement and waste reduction. Knowledge of workplace safety practices. Ability to follow procedures and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
