We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients, whether they are seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring hospice care. Your commitment to patient care will help foster a nurturing environment that promotes independence and dignity. Responsibilities Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Support clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility assistance. Monitor and document patient health status and report any changes to the healthcare team. Engage clients in social activities and provide companionship to enhance their emotional well-being. Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean living environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
