Warehouse Associate

Position Details General Warehouse Associate – Maple Grove, Minnesota. Weekly pay. Salary $19.25 per hour. Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 6:00am-2:30pm. Responsibilities Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials. Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers. Complete scanning. Train dock employees on new procedures. Ensure facility security at shift end. Investigate and resolve scanning issues and maintain housekeeping. Perform picking and packing duties. Check for product or container damage. Perform material moves in accordance with policies and procedures. Participate in workgroup and team activities for self‑improvement and warehouse operations improvement. Perform housekeeping duties for assigned area. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Six months of related warehouse experience required. One year or more of related warehouse experience preferred. Certified in powered industrial truck operation (stand‑up or sit‑down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc.) with knowledge of maintenance. Intermediate level required. Experience operating manual or automated warehouse equipment (e.g., packaging lines). Intermediate preferred. Ability to read, do basic mathematics and understand safety instructions in English. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to input data. Work overtime as assigned. Ability to build professional relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility and self‑drive in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent multitasking, organization, and time‑management skills. Detail oriented with strong follow‑up practices. Benefits On‑the‑job paid training.
