Job Description

Join our dedicated healthcare team at a Level II Trauma Pediatric ICU. We are seeking a skilled Travel RN with experience in pediatric critical care to deliver compassionate and effective nursing care in a fast-paced teaching hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients.
• Perform IV starts and blood draws, manage TPT placements, and support various procedures.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including Intensivists, Respiratory Therapists, and Case Management.
• Utilize general CR monitoring and EMR (Meditech / CPN) systems effectively.
• Work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and empathy in patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital PICU RN experience.
• BLS & PALS certification required.
• Preferred experience with CRRT and APHON Pediatric Teaching Hospital.
