Administrative Rep - Base Operator

The Administrative Rep - Base Operator operates switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls and handles base operations for store. Good phone voice and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

  • Operates switchboard to make connections and relay calls
  • Supplies information to callers and records messages
  • Keeps record of calls received
  • Performs clerical duties such as sorting mail, light typing, making copies, faxing
  • Provides outstanding customer service via the telephone
  • Assist in special projects for Store Administration
  • Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications & Key Requirements:

  • Switchboard experience - Preferred
  • Ability to multi-task essential - Required
  • Ability to handle a high volume of varied work and juggle multiple tasks - Required
  • Must be self motivated and able to work independently - Required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills - Required
  • Ability to handle stressful situations - Required
  • Accuracy - Required
  • Value diversity - Required
  • Ability to work flexible schedules (days, evenings, and weekends)
