Digital Account Supervisor, Corporate & Public Affairs

About the Role Burson’s Corporate Affairs practice is seeking an Account Supervisor to join its Corporate Digital team, supporting corporate social media strategy and execution across multiple client accounts. The role is ideal for a digitally fluent communicator with a strong corporate reputation mindset who understands how brands and corporate leaders show up across social channels and how digital signals shape perception. The Account Supervisor will work across a diverse portfolio of clients spanning Technology, Healthcare, Financial Services, and mission‑driven organizations, collaborating closely with digital strategists, paid media experts, and social listening specialists. The position is based in the Eastern or Central time zones. What You’ll Do Support client engagements: manage day‑to‑day client communications, build strong relationships, and contribute to client meetings. Execute social & corporate digital strategies: develop and execute integrated digital and social media programs across corporate and executive channels (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Reddit) for both organic and paid efforts. Lead social listening & monitoring: use tools such as Brandwatch to surface insights, track performance, and inform recommendations, including Reddit‑based engagement initiatives. Draft and edit corporate content: create executive thought leadership and corporate social media content, applying an audience‑first writing style. Conduct research, audits & insights development: perform social audits and competitive analyses across platforms and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations. Map stakeholders & influencers: support identification and engagement of key stakeholders, including subject matter experts, key opinion leaders, and influencers across B2B and corporate ecosystems. Manage projects & accounts: oversee timelines, workflows, and deliverables across multiple accounts, coordinating with strategy, analytics, and creative teams. Contribute to team development: mentor junior team members and interns, especially in research, audits, and content development. Experience That Contributes To Success 4–6 years of experience in digital communications, corporate communications, or public affairs (agency experience preferred). Strong understanding of corporate reputation and the impact of social media on brand and executive perception. Experience supporting social media strategy and execution across corporate and executive channels. Proficiency with social listening and analytics tools (Brandwatch preferred; experience with Meltwater, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, or similar platforms also considered). Demonstrated experience in social audits, competitive research, and audience profiling. Excellent writing and editing skills for executive and corporate audiences. Familiarity with key platforms: LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, and Reddit. Understanding of paid media strategies that support corporate and public affairs efforts. Experience working with stakeholders, including SMEs, executives, and influencer/KOL ecosystems. Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. Collaborative, solutions‑oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail. Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with evolving priorities.
