We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Aviata at The Palms in Palm Harbor, Florida. As an LPN at our health and rehabilitation center, you will provide direct patient care to our residents, assisting them in activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse. Responsibilities Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident Supervise CNAs and participate in their evaluation Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program Provide nursing services Conduct and document a thorough evaluation of each resident’s medical status upon admission and throughout the resident’s course of treatment Other duties as assigned Qualifications Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done What We Offer Competitive pay, along with holiday pay and paid time off (PTO) program Access to online learning 24/7 to help satisfy your specific licensure requirements, as well as personal and professional development 401k with a match Health, dental, and vision insurance for the entire family and more!
