Position Summary:

We are looking for an energetic, design-minded, customer-centric Retail Furniture Sales & Phone Support Representative to join our showroom team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand- greeting both local and online guests, understanding their style and space requirements, and guiding them toward the perfect premium furniture and decor choices. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome showroom visitors with a warm, professional demeanor and guide them through our specialty collections.
• Provide personalized design and comfort consultations, explaining the mechanical, ergonomic, and aesthetic benefits of our premium lines.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets by proactively following up on client leads and design inquiries.
• Maintain a pristine, visually inspiring showroom floor by ensuring displays are clean, organized, and properly tagged.
• Utilize our point-of-sale (POS) and online systems to accurately process transactions, track custom orders, and manage customer accounts.
• Take phone calls to assist customers outside our immediate area, as time allows.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or background in Interior Design or visual merchandising is a major plus.
• Proven experience in retail sales, premium customer service, or showroom environments (experience in furniture or home decor preferred).
• Prior sales experience with Ekornes Stressless furniture or other high-end ergonomic motion furniture is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
• Ability to work a very flexible schedule, including some Saturdays and occasional holidays, to match retail peak hours.
• Basic computer proficiency for managing client communications, and sales tracking.
• Social media experience is a plus.
