Enterprise Account Manager - Pennsylvania & Western NY

Abbott seeks an Enterprise Account Manager for its Core Diagnostics Division to manage strategic accounts across Pennsylvania and Western New York. The role involves building senior-level relationships, driving profitable revenue growth, and delivering complex diagnostic solutions to large healthcare organizations.
Responsibilities
- Drive profitable revenue and close opportunities within strategic named accounts through solution development
- Analyze strategic accounts' business environments, goals, objectives, and competitive landscapes
- Build and maintain relationships with customer decision makers and senior executives
- Negotiate complex, multi-stakeholder contracts and develop long-term customer commitments
- Coordinate Abbott resources and lead internal cross-functional teams to execute account strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years B2B consultative selling experience in healthcare, technology, or related sectors
- Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise deals of $1MM+ independently
- Proven track record building long-term strategic relationships with C-suite executives
- Expert-level competency in value-based solution selling methodologies
- Healthcare, technology, or consultancy credentials and professional qualifications
- Ability to travel 75-80% within territory and across the US
