Senior Right of Way Agent: Land Acquisition & Negotiations
ERM
ERM is seeking Senior Right of Way Agents for assignments in Richmond, VA, Raleigh, NC and Charlotte, NC. These full-time, 12-month roles involve negotiating land rights, licenses, leases and permits for electric transmission projects, with travel as needed. Work includes settlement of claims, records search, and value estimates in support of project construction and maintenance. Applicants should have a high school diploma, 2+ years ROW experience preferred, and be able to obtain notary status #J-18808-Ljbffr ERM
