Assistant Maintenance Supervisor (Full Time) Company: Marion County Coal Resources, Inc. Location: Metz, WV This position is located at Marion County Coal Resources in Metz , WV . We are seeking t o recruit entry-level mining mechanics to participate in a maintenance training program in an effort to develop future mine mechanics. Additional details of the program will be explained if candidate is selected for a formal interview. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ability to communicate effectively The training program will be a hands on program with minimal classroom time. Ability to learn, work with, and interact with fellow employees in a friendly and safe work environment Performing tasks effectively and efficiently Working safely in all areas Experience Experienced certification is required High school diploma or equivalent is required. Completed courses of Vo-Tech study in electrical, mechanical, welding, and mining programs are preferred but not required. Field experience as an electrician, welder, auto mechanic, or similar career is preferred but not required.
